Anyway. The point I’m trying to make in a very long winded way is that work has dried up. I’ve lost all of my previous clients in my absence and have been unable to return to the work I love. That’s OK I thought. I have a degree! I’ll get work easily! No problem, I’m not fussed I thought, show me the work! Wrong I was asked if I had an NVQ. No, I said proudly, I have a DEGREE. Oh.
