A Week in the Life of…. A weekly look into my weight loss journey. My Journey So Far…. I just got back from my 4 day cruise to Mexico and I learned I have NO self control. I ate so much I was full at every meal but went and ate anyways! Its crazy how much food is available. Plus it was good too! Dessert at every meal was definitely my downfall. A Week in the Life of…. A weekly look into my weight loss journey. My Journey So Far…. Either way this coming week is going to be even tougher for me. I will be down in SoCal for about 5 days and there is so much temptation out there for me, food wise. I plan on getting my daily pass to the gym and going everyday I am out there so we will see how it all works out. Till then…. Weight as of 10/27/2010: 177.4 – up .2? Not bad at all. As of 10/19/2010: 177.2 down 3.8lbs! I’m starting to think not.
