June 8, 2016. June 8, 2016. I had some news today that knocked the wind out of me. It doesn’t even effect me personally but I am lost for words. I don’t know whether to feel sad, or angry. It feels so unjust, yet I can’t honestly say that I did not think it a possibility. It didn’t need to happen, it was not my decision. Everyone was playing afterwards and some of my friends wanted to race. I didn’t but knew I’d be a spoil sport if I said no. I came spectacularly last and sulked for the rest of the day.
