I recently stumbled upon a bunch of blogs about Loudoun County tax assessor Todd Kaufman being bashed for responding to the authors of those blogs. Some links to those websites can be found here:. Phoenix Real Estate Guy. The sites imply that Todd Kaufman doesn't understand his first amendment rights. Could there be a change that he's using his first amendment right of "freedom of speech" to respond to your own "freedom of speech"?
