The Forestry CDE requires students to demonstrate their skills in determin ing/calculating tree volume and value, identifying tree species, identifying forestry equipment/tools and map interpretation. The Central Area Forestry Con test will be held on Tuesday, November 18 in Hanover County. Out of approximately 30 teams. The following students were members of the teams and their results:. Hunter Watkins and Blake Hopkins- Log roll: 11.53 seconds(FIRST PLACE OVERALL).

Horticulture and Greenhouse Management. Our Fall Plant Sale was such a success that we had to order more plants! Thank-you so much for your support of our Agricultural Education program. We are now re-stocked. In the greenhouse with even more to offer! In addition to our mums and pumpkins, we are now selling ornamental cabbage and kale, as well as Boston Fern hanging baskets and assorted hanging baskets.
