My adventures in Africa. Saturday, June 25, 2011. And then there was the first time I ate an avocado the size of a melon. They are absolutely enormous here. The avocados grow in the backyard of the house and are apparently small this season. I cannot image how large they normally are. Of course there were no growth hormones or pesticides required. Everything is fresh here. The chicken you eat for dinner was killed that day. June 26, 2011 at 5:12 PM. Im waiting to hear from you about killing a chicken!
