Santa Monica Lifelong Learning Community Project. Beginning with a Call to Action in 1997( smllc.org/lllc background.html. Cradle to Career (C2C). The work and vision of the Santa Monica Lifelong Learning Community Project has largely evolved into and merged with Santa Monica's Cradle to Career. Since its inception, Louise has been an active member of the C2C work group. Recent C2C achievements include the development and release of a Youth Wellbeing Report Card. This website is dedicated to the memory of Louise Ann James. 25 July 1979 - 28 December 2003. Louise was warm, funny, energetic and loved by her family and an amazing number of friends. At the end of 2003 she was murdered senselessly at the age of 24. These pages will recall her life and the joy she brought to so many people, and provide a place where she can be remembered. It's fitting that these memories of her are now accessible everywhere in the world through cyberspace. We miss you every day, Lou.
