Monday, May 24, 2010. What would bring someone. Nothing more than the mere curiousity to see a statue that was once. N all over Azerbaijan. A statue now carefully removed from. The streets, to be replaced by the faces of new heroes. Indeed, we had to seek out the statue of Lenin, to alledgedly be found in half, proudly sitting out his days in a scrap yard. Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Beş barmaq- 5 finger mountain. Considered a holy mountain (especially under Zoroastrianism), this peak-not too far from Baki- offered the perfect relaxed day’s outing. Wtorek, 29 czerwca 2010. Nie ma czasu na pisanie! Zatem tylko zdjęcia z ostatniej dużej imprezy - wspólnej loukowo-krzyśkowej dwudniowej pożegnalnej imprezy na najpiękniejszej plaży w okolicach Baku. I choć wiele osób, z którymi spędzaliśmy czas, już wyjechało, cieszyliśmy się towarzystwem tych, którzy jeszcze tu są i zostaną. Toastów było wiele. Poniedziałek, 26 października 2009. 6 godzin na dobę, od 6 do 9 rano i od 6 do 9 wieczorem. Ale właściciel był na tyle sprytny, że zainstalował zbiornik, który musimy w wyżej wymienionych godzinach napełniać (ale tylko przez 30-40 minut, żeby nie eksplodował! Dzięki temu mamy ją cały czas, choć woda ze zbiornika ma za niskie ciśnienie, żeby junkers mógł ją ogrzać. Tak czy siak musimy przestrzegać pewnych reguł, które z czasem staną się pewnie rutyną. Sobota, 10 lipca 2010. Azerbaijan, I will miss u. 30 czerwca. Moja ostatnia noc w Baku. Zaczęła się kolacją - niespodzianką w gruzińskiej restauracji. Potem Corner Pub. Skończyliśmy nad ranem. Przyszedł czas na myślenie w kategoriach wymuszonych przez rynek pracy w Polsce. Aplikacje, listy, portfolia. Jak najpiękniej, jak najwspanialej zareklamować siebie! Dziękuję tym, którzy byli ze mną na odległość! I ekipie z Baku, daliśmy radę! Special thanks to Louke for the friendship. The best workmate ever!

Poniedziałek, 31 maja 2010. Poruszenie zaczęło się na długo przed występami w Oslo. Niektórzy znajomi umieszczali na facebooku teledysk reprezentantki Azerbejdżanu. 17-letnia Safura Alizada przedostała się przez eliminacje bez problemów. Piosenka prosta, w stylu amerykańskich gwiazdeczek pop, łatwo wpadająca w ucho. Nikt nie miał wątpliwości, że zajdzie wysoko. Większość barów w mieście zorganizowała sobotnie przyjęcia pod eurowizję.
