Like that would stop me. Ultra Simple Site Maker. USSM is a static web site compiler. It generates a complete web site from a hierarchy of text files. It is released under the GNU GPL. If you know how to use a web server, (at home or with a hosting service), you should be able to learn my system and set up a simple web site in a few minutes. Just download it. And check the manual. Many web site generators already exist. Jekyll. USSM fits in less than 800 lines of Ocaml, Bash, and Makefile code.
