It is easy to prepare and great in taste. 1 red onion, half-moon-shaped sliced. 8 – 10 slices of baguette bread. Sunday, February 26, 2012. ISB mothers at Love to Cook. ISB (International School of Breda) mothers cooked at Love to Cook in a morning workshop. They cooked very tasty Turkish foods from 09:30 till 13:30. So they ate what they cooked at the workshop for lunch. The menu of the workshop was. Red Lentil and Bulgur Soup with Dried Red Pepper and Mint. Zucchini Pancakes with Feta Cheese and Herbs. Dried Eggplant and Red Peppers stuffed with Rice, Bulgur and Minced Meat. Syrupy Sponge Cakes with Hazelnuts.

Saturday, May 5, 2012. Linguine with creamy carrots and scallions sauce served with grilled chicken breasts. It is spring break for my daughter so I prefer to keep it calm and easy. It was a week dedicated mostly to my daughters except a workshop and this recipe. I used to cook it for friends and family years ago. I remember them asking me the recipe.
