I have been working at a summer camp for struggling readers the past few weeks, and my kids at all levels have been LOVING the Shark games. Several of them even asked if they could play the game at home, so I printed out gray scale copies of the game at their level for them on colored paper so that they could have their own copy, and they were very excited. Mrs. Grissom's Stars: December 2012
http://grissomstars.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 18, 2012. We had a great Grinch day and so much fun Polar Express Day! Our polar express tickets let them in to ride our "train". We watched the part of the movie that looks almost 3D and pretended to move when the train moved. Then we had our hot chocolate and ended with a special treat sent from the North Pole and a note from Santa. They really loved the "frozen" bells off his sleigh! The kids had the BEST time making gingerbread houses! They concentrated and made them look so great!
