Thursday, July 08, 2010. I want to shed the extra pounds for me and only me. I am very content in my skin but as the big "4-0" embarks I know I need to start caring more about my health and worry more about that so I am here for a long time for my kids. Jon surprised me with a great weekend away to Banff to the Banff Springs Hotel. Kids in tow, we went June 18th (last day at work for the summer). Man, it was so much fun! So what are you all up to?
