DIY Double Scarf Picture. Enjoy! Use Lotion As Conditioner. November 21, 2013. So I tried this last night because I get a chronically dry scalp (I know it’s disgusting), so I took some lotion. Specifically the Sweet Pea Bath and Body Works Lotion and put it into my hair and massaged it into my scalp and let it sit for 1-2 minutes and then washed the lotion out of my hair.
