Patent could not claim a concept - 概念不能變成專利. 朋友問我，專利為什麼不保護「概念」？ 專利保護的「東西」，必須能明確寫出具體可實行的技術內容，如物品製作的方法、步驟，系統的介面、資料的必要內容等，並可讓專利相關領域的人士依據專利的內容實施出來，才可獲得專利保護。 這主要的關鍵，在於「範圍」的界定。因為有具體的範圍，才能判斷別人是否侵害到你的權利。 舉例來說，就像有圍欄和沒有圍欄的牧場之間的差別。圍了圍欄，隔壁的羊過來吃草，看的一清二楚；沒有圍欄，人家多吃了你家多少牧草，誰都說不清楚。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
