Thursday, January 8, 2015. Day 2 Tuesday, January 6th. Feeling really great today! Woke up to a yummy chai detox tea! Breakfast- My fav shake ever. The easiest way I can stay on track is to make extra dinner and have for lunch the next day. I had left over quinoa and chicken from last night! So yummy, Even better today after the dressing was marinating for a day! Fresh pico de gallo and vegan gluten free raw black bean chips. Digestion plus before bed for me! Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Makes 4 very large ballz. 4 T of dry ingredients (with protein powder, oats, coconut, almond meal or any combo of those.). 2 T nut butter. 2 T pumpkin puree (store-bought or homemade). Pinch of dried ginger. Pinch of sea salt. Splash of vanilla extract. Sweetener of choice (I rolled with Stevia, but if you like to use liquid sweetener, you may have to add to the dry ingredients). 1 Pulse the dry ingredients in the food processor until you have a powder.

Thursday, January 8, 2015. Day 3 Wednesday, January 7th. Thank GOD I have an amazing hubby who let me sleep in and made my detox tea for me in bed and let me sleep in. I was not hungry at all and kind of nauseous all day. Weird for me.So I didn't eat until about 10am. I had a chocolate shake (same as yesterday) barely drank half of it. Lunch time when I finally got up and around around 2 pm I had some leftover quinoa salad. I love leftovers and did not have energy to cook anything.
