Looking out of the window, I say to myself, "but it's still dark." Nevertheless, I drag myself out of bed and slowly made my way to the kitchen. 630 am - I take a shower and dress for work. Getting ready. 7 am - Leave the house, taking a lift from dad who's sending my mum and brother to work as well. 1130 am - Follow up calls.

Monday, June 19, 2006. Today, I was recalling my PK 2 camp and our group cheer. Was in the elevator with mirrors. And looking at my reflection, I looked tired. Geez, where's the glory? Where's the energetic, young, whoo-hoo, shouting, jumping, cheering, screaming Sally of two days ago? Wish life was a church camp. First, I 'felt' this word, "Gusto". Yup, we did cheer with gusto at the camp! Then, I thought of my job and the verse "whatever your hands find to do.". All our actions begin with a DECISION.

Thursday, March 23, 2006. A sister shared a picture some time back. She said since Jesus has redeemed as from the curse, and restored us in a position greater than Adam. So, work is no longer stressful. So how did Adam pass his time? He tended to the garden. But it was EASY. As easy as sitting and resting under the apple tree. And when hungry, plucking the apples to eat. Sitting under the shade of the tree. And eating the blessings of God. Rested. That's the ministry of work! That's how work IS!

Thursday, March 23, 2006. Having a cause and having discipline. Pastor Chin once shared that. Discipline is a by-product of vision. You must have a vision that consumes you. But more than a vision,. I can't imagine having a cause greater than myself. Nor imagine myself being big enough for a cause. What is a cause? Is a cause the betterment of mankind. What is a cause? What is a vision? They are wrapped up in the language of the heart. It must comes forth from deep within. But how do we get a vision?

Since becoming trach free, we have been LIVING! We had a "trach out" party for Brayton complete with a Mickey theme, a slide, a jumper, lots of food, cake, and icecream! Brayton played until he couldn't play anymore! He ate 2 cupcakes, drank 5 Capri suns, and even drank half a can of Mt. Dew! That was a good day!
