September 28, 2010. 是這禮拜即將比賽的第一次感覺練習, 明天再有一次, 後天則是最後一次…. 畢竟小時候, 曾經為了抓蛙卵給女孩子, 而溺水過. 心裡面只想著…第一趟 第二趟 第三趟 第四趟…. 唧 唧 尖銳的幫浦聲, 也逐漸忽略. 換氣, 是迫於水中氣幾乎吐完 ( 但其實還留約20%, 緊急用 ) , 肺壓頓減, 胸腔(肋骨 肺臟.)會自然進氣. 第六趟開始, 換氣突然微張嘴巴, 就大量湧氣進來. 氣竟然從頭頂灌入….( 是呀! 我們家的魚用嘴巴吸氣的, 不用鰓的…). 心中想著 , 那些1500公尺用16 17分鐘游完的頂尖好手, 應該就是這種順暢吧. 真希望, 周六賽程一開始, 也可以是如此順暢! 給了我 “很不安“ 的FU.
