New and Improved Gluten-free Vegan Banana Nut Bread. This is a new take on my banana nut bread, it’s much simpler and a great hit with the whole family. I love using coconut palm sugar because it’s low glycemic and very yummy. 1 1/3 cups of organic brown rice flour. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp baking powder. 5 tbsp Earth Balance Butter. 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar. 1 cup of walnuts.
