It is hard to believe it has been 51 weeks since our little darlings came into this world. One week from today, they will be ONE! It has been a year full of love, laughter, tears, exhaustion and most of all joy. I am amazed at how much they have changed in one short (at times, very long) year. Finally, pictures of the nursery! These were made for my baby shower, I loved them so much, decided to hang a few of them above the rocker. Upcycled dresser/changing table thanks to my wonderful mom and chalk paint! The print above the changing table was in my youngest brother's nursery, so special. I am so excited that the nursery is finally complete! It has become my favorite room in the house. It seems like we have been working on it for a long time! We knew we had to get to work early because once September came and football season was back, we would be traveling to Auburn on the weekends and we would leave ourselves very little time to get everything done. With only a couple of days to go before the room was going to be painted and on the verge of giving up, mom to the rescue!

Jack and Ella Kate. December 27, 2012, we welcomed our precious blessings into this world. John Christopher (Jack) was born at 4:42 pm weighing in at 7lbs 14oz and 21 inches long and sister Ella Kathleen (Ella Kate) followed at 5:46pm weighing in at 5lbs 14oz and 19 inches long. We spent 2 days in the hospital and were able to come home on Saturday, December 29th. Sweet Shugar ready to welcome home her little brother and sister. Happy 1 week sweet babies, more to come later. Our sweet puppy, Shugar.
