Love, life, and losing it! Tuesday, April 8, 2014. So it's been a while I pretty much gave up for a while but I'm back. I've lost about 16 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm feeling the fire under my butt. I'm hoping this summer we can add to our family. Back up to my highest weight there is no way that would have been possible. Today Mikey and I went on a hike. Tuesday, November 5, 2013. 快樂學習，忘記年齡，健康到老，朋友成群。一元復始(一與讚)、雙囍臨門(小兔與蝸牛)、三陽開泰(二種三的比法)、事事如意(四正反前後)、五福臨門(零與五前後). 開場活動：魔王公車，準備疊杯搭公車，同樣顏色為同一台公車，第一個人負責方向，遇到其他車要打招呼。指令口號換杯子，再找到自己的那台公車. 主要活動：每組自己的任務骨牌6張(水果、衣物、交通工具、動物)及紙筆，從前面的杯子中找到自己的任務骨牌。一次只能拿一個，如同戳戳樂，一次只能打開一個，非自己任務骨牌或是沒有中，都要回去換下一個至前面。直到全部蒐集完畢。 2、再用骨牌排出今年狗年的圖案(骨頭、狗、狗窩…). 4、團體一起完成骨牌，最後一起推倒，看是否全倒算為成功. 活動1：認識骨牌(蔬果、動物、數字). 1、運用骨牌來認識上面的圖，唸出這是什麼蔬果、動物、數字. 2、每人領取一個保麗龍牌，當唸到香蕉，拿到蔬果的人就要將牌子舉起來. 3、丟玩具骰子比大小，先比大時，要請丟骰子的人喊出「大」；比小時亦是。 6、歌曲教學：一起學「猜拳歌」. 5、填寫順序、記憶空格數不限定，可由該組討論決定. 幸福有沒有在你那邊讓我看看它的臉. 樂齡桌遊與體適能創...
