http://tiffanyverwey.blogspot.com/2015/05/ms-walk.html
Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Tuesday, May 12. After a few years of soccer tournaments inevitably falling on the MS Walk day, I'll finally be lacing up my shoes and joining my friends here in town to participate. I think it's a great cause. If you'd like to sponsor me for the walk, please click the link below. Thanks! Http:/ mssoc.convio.net/site/TR/Walk/ManitobaDivision? Px=1426567&pg=personal&fr id=4357&s locale=en CA. Tiffany's Spot: summer camp
http://tiffanyverwey.blogspot.com/2015/07/summer-camp.html
Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Sunday, July 19. Today I dropped Jordan off at summer camp. She will be gone for five nights. Five! It's the same camp I went to as a kid, and I loved it! The time away from home, meeting new friends, trying new things, it was always the highlight of my summer. In the spring I asked her if she still wanted to go to summer camp. Last year she pointed out to me a number of times that other. And she immediately burst into tears. I'm pr...

two steps behind: July 2010
http://twostepsbehind-colleen.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Archive for July 2010. Despite the constant rain and hail storms our garden has stayed remarkably dry. We have raised beds and soil with an abudance of sand. This week, the beans, peas, potatoes, have grown twofold. Some have begun to flower. I know that this is just the start of the season. but it is very promising. More to come. 171; Older Posts. I am a mom who feels she is always two steps behind. I strive to keep on top of my family of five, but continually find myself in precarious situations.

Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Wednesday, June 25. My four year olds. My "baby" is coming up on her fourth birthday. Kind of crazy. Sigh. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to find pictures of each kid at around the same age, so here they are! Wednesday, June 11. Once upon a time, tennyson went for a walk. as written and narrated by elliot. Once upon a time, there was a boy named Tennyson. He was going for a walk. Naked.". Elliot stares him down and continues "...

Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Tuesday, July 15. We went camping this last weekend with Steven's sister Deanne and her husband and boys, and Steven's dad and Step-Mom, and when the weekend was almost over my sister-in-law Deanne pulled out her camera to take a picture of Travis teeter-tottering with the kids and I realized that I haven't taken any camping pictures at all this year, despite this being our third trip, so I grabbed my camera too. Mitchell, who liked...

Tiffany's Spot: September 2014
http://tiffanyverwey.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Saturday, September 27. Kid stuff mostly. outings. winter activities. back to subbing. I could be doing a multitude of things. Cleaning my room. Taking the kids on the bike ride they've been begging to go on. Clearing my island so it looks like an island instead of the start of what promises to be an impressive hoarder house. She asked. I groaned inwardly. "Which one? And my inner voice said "Are you freakin' kidding me? You're in g...

Tiffany's Spot: inspired by minimalism
http://tiffanyverwey.blogspot.com/2015/08/inspired-by-minimalism.html
Not only is women's work never done, the definition keeps changing . . . Monday, August 3. I've been reading books on Minimalism. In the last few months, my home has been driving me NUTS. There is just stuff everywhere. I think it's the basement renovations that have kind of pushed me over the edge and found me kind of depressed about the mess and clutter. That's, like, 5 bottoms. I refuse to buy books when I can borrow from the library. I don't collect. I convinced myself that I was totally not a hoarde...
