Monday, October 25, 2010. Once upon a time there was a girl names Kaley and she was crazy. Her sisters had mentioned a duathlon coming up and thought she should do it. She signed up.like I said crazy. The End. My sister and their husbands were doing the Triathlon/half-Ironman and my friends Nichelle, Vanessa and I did the Olympic Duathlon. Everyone made it! Here's the breakdown of the race.5k run, 29 mile bike, 10k run. I was so happy when it was all over. My awesome sisters and I after the race.
