Those who know me well will understand how much we have going on right now so please bear with me on the blog front. Last week was a lighter running week post The Great Edinburgh run so only 2 runs. Monday, 29 July 2013. Hot, Tired and Grumpy. Hello Fudgey Friends,. I think hot, tired and grumpy just about sums up my week - the wee one is coping better with the heat than I am. It's therefore been another 'quiet' week for us. However this week I'm going to get back with the programme. 30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE and 30 DAY AB CHALLENGE. Both actually going really well now and on Day 29 so due to finish tomorrow. I think I will give myself a week off and then restart my own challenges. MUMMY and BUG NEWS.

Monday, 1 June 2015. Official Marathon training week 16 and 17. I am so sorry that I have not been able to post, there has just been so much going on. This is a quick catch up from my last couple of weeks of training. Week 16 - week beginning 18th May. Tuesday 19th May - 3.48 miles, short on time but squeezed in a short one. Friday 22nd May - 4.57 miles, part of way to work. Week 17 - week beginning 25th May - Marathon week! Monday 25th May - a day off work, ran 3 times. Run 1 - 2.5 miles to nursery.

Sunday, 17 May 2015. Official Marathon Training Week 15.marathon ready? How are we all? This was my last hard week of training before the marathon which is 2 weeks today. It's been an up and down week in general. Monday: a wee day off as Bug had her 27 to 30 month assessment. She is doing great and is demonstrating advanced communication skills LOL! Monday, 26 August 2013. Down but not out yet. Hello Fudgey Friends,. Well last week ended up being a bit of a wash out as I have been poorly since Tuesday evening, on the mend now though and nothing for anyone to worry about - you know me I'm made of tough stuff, but this does however mean there isn't much to report for last week, but we did have some special visitors on Tuesday which was the highlight of an otherwise dull week. Tuesday, 5 May 2015. Official Marathon Training Week 13. Dear lovely fudgey followers, friends and family. Hopefully a quick update from last week, it has been a challenging one.
