Every time I saw an avocado egg bake picture pop up on Pinterest I’d tell myself I wanted to try it but figured there was no way I could pull it off. Surprisingly, it’s super simple AND delicious. 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the avocados in a small baking dish. Crack an egg into each avocado half. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Valentine's Day 2015: The Heart of the Matter. Sal had flowers delivered to the hospital where I work. Receiving a phone call saying I had something downstairs in the lobby waiting for me was definitely heart wracking, but definitely made me smile when I picked up the box and saw what was delivered to me.
