Linda is an actress and writer who was born in Scotland but emigrated to Australia in 1989. She now lives in Brisbane, Queensland. She has appeared in several Australian made Movies and TV shows, including credits in Parer's War, and Rise (starring Martin Sacks), as well as appearances in Slide, Mabo, Bait 3d, Mental, directed by PJ Hogan (Muriel's Wedding) and starring Toni Collette, Rebecca Gibney and Anthony Lapaglia. In November 1989, she emigrated with her husband and children to Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Once the children were grown, she resumed her acting career. She threw herself into acting classes and workshops, got herself an agent, and landed several small roles in film and TV, as well as a lead role on Japanese TV. Where she reads stories to children, along the lines of Jackanory or Play School.
