That I was interested in getting a bunch of you together to find out what issues are important to you so all of us can talk and figure out the best solutions to those issues.and figure out how to get the city involved, if needed. Tuesday, April 29, 2008. The playground equipment is still standing. I am pretty sure that the word got out about us watching over the playground. I had to tell several kids not to stand up on the swings. I did it too! I let them know that we will be monitoring the playground every chance we get. Tuesday, July 1, 2008. When you build friendships and continue to check on others even though they are not around as much, they will never forget the good people in their lives. I am glad that we were able to stay here in Turner Courts a little longer. Many are still saying! I do believe watching problem solving in action is one of the most exciting parts of being an educator. Is a science and engineering curriculum created by PBS for middle schoolers. Some of the concepts are pretty complicated and I'm not sure that the kids grasp everything just yet, but I think challenging them to think through it and see what they can do is fun to watch.
