I have been working so much sometimes I forget about me time. I find when I workout I love the way I feel, sleep much better, and I seem to deal with stress a whole lot better. The most loathed exercise is one I will keep up my sleeve for today; it’s called Around the World. Just looking at these terms makes most feel physically ill, for some reason the thought of forcing your body through rigorous maneuvers isn't pleasant. Why is it that I always feel good and accomplished after a workout? I think I feel this way because I've accomplished something most people don't. Getting in the routine is the most difficult part. Love to Hate Laura. Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Step it up a notch. I find little motivations everyday to work harder. I want to be in the best shape possible going into these future days of warmth. Being comfortable in tighter clothes to capitalize on sunshine and that beautiful natural tan. I'm also finding motivations in reasons to get in shape outside of just looking good; things like running a 5k race or being able to do a city league sport without wanting to pass out.
