Tuesday, September 2, 2008. 20080807離開CARNORVON前兩天,PORT HOTEL老闆娘忽然跟我說有一天臨時的農場工,很簡單不辛苦,單純的我滿心歡喜趕快答應啦,心想臨走都有財神找上門? 偌大的農地,分成一行行,農夫在上面整齊地鑿好成千上萬的小洞。天呀,我要像磅蟹一樣,橫行地將一顆顆小小的哈密瓜種子逐一放到泥地上一個個小洞內,再用土覆蓋,一天下來,我共種了數千個哈密瓜吧(假如種得出的話.),我呢,真的很爆,工作一小時後(像過了一世紀啦.)去拿水喝時,農夫問了我兩次BERRY, ARE U ALRIGHT? 唉,救命,我對腳,從來沒有這樣累過。結論是,農夫真的很辛苦,做他們的工人,更辛苦,所以,各位以後吃蜜瓜千萬要「刨」到最低! 20080808北京奧運,我們登上EASYRIDER,天啊,超後悔上了一天農場工啦,因為整天腿都在疼,無心機。晚上到DENHAM,戲劇性重遇GARY夫婦,真有點意外。然後在PUB看奧運開幕禮,同場的澳洲人不停說IT'S CRAZY! I have always said "Love U Big". But this chapter in my life began with my parents' wedding bands and my Mom. After my Dad passed, Mom wore his wedding band cast in the shape of a heart, on a chain around her neck. Even when she was unable to care for herself, and we made the decision to place her into a nursing home, she wore that chain around her neck. So to my loving parents, especially to my Mom I miss you and have a restful sleep.
