On my computer is the photo I went by…picture perfect, huh? 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats. 1/4 cup canned pumpkin. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Dollop of natural creamy peanut butter. In a microwave safe bowl, stir the oats and water together. Microwave for 1 1/2 2 minutes. Stir in the pumpkin and cinnamon.

Tuesday, November 4, 2014. 1 Medium Sweet Onion chopped. 2 Cups Asparagus chopped. 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes chopped. 1 Cup Scallions chopped. 2 Cups Escarole cleaned and chopped (not cooked). 1 TBLS Mrs. Dash. 4 Large White Mushrooms Chopped. 3 Lbs Cooked Chopped Logostini (I bought mine at Costco). 1/4 Cup White wine (if you won't drink it, don't cook with it). 1 Cups Chicken Broth. 1 Cup Tomato Broth. 1 Pound Capellini Pasta.
