Viva San Dukan. Hoy peso 400 g menos - - - 76'7 kilazos - - - quedan 17'7 kg! Mi menú de hoy (PV):. Té negro con leche. Infusión de sen, cola de caballo y menta. Emperador a la plancha con unas gotitas de limón. Calabacín, puerro y cebolla al vapor (en bolsa de Mercadona). Té de vainilla y caramelo.

Sólo quedan 300 gramitos para volver al peso que tenía antes de saltarme la dieta el finde, :P. Mi menú de hoy:. Infusión de sen, menta y cola de caballo. Gelatina 0% sabor limón. Tortilla de pavo y queso (1huevo y 2 claras). Té de vainilla y caramelo. Té rojo (en cafetería). Sandwich Dukan de cecina. 2 cs de leche en polvo.

Leche desnatada con una cc de cacao valor desgrasado y sin azúcar. 1crepe dukan de canela y limón (en recetas crucero dulces). Infusión de sen, cola de caballo y menta. Calabacín gratinado con salmón y bechamel (explico receta). Te de vainilla y caramelo. 1 cs de maicena.
