Here are some of the workouts/programs I've done. Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Check it out on Amazon. I actually really enjoyed this program. Level 3 is killer! But I saw results even when I didn't stick to a "good" diet. The best part was that it's only 30 minutes, so it's one that [if I chose to] I could do in the morning before work.
