Saturday, May 29, 2010. Morgan's birthday theme this year was tie dye so I googled tie dye cakes and found this cool idea! I used 2 box cake mixes whitish (I used butter yellow) and prepared the batter according to directions on box. Then I split the batter into 6 bowls 1 1 2 cups of batter per bowl. Sunday, January 30, 2011. My Grandpa passed away last night, he was 99 and 4 months old! Okay I'm going to list a few things I think of when I picture my Grandpa. Keep in mind I didn't know him until he was a Senior (he was 45 when my mom was born). The sound of a cow bell ringing when you open his front door. Cowboy hats, boots, wranglers. My Grandma (click to read about her). Bacon, crisp fried eggs, milk. My grandparents had a booth there forever and I loved going to see them after church on Sundays!
