Lovin' Life in CT. Monday, August 20, 2012. That means I should be blasting fat for 24 hours at least, although I'm not sure it it really works. Here is the core workout for beginners: (not sure if you will be able to see this one). Sometimes I switch the days around. I also have added cardio on days that don't have cardio or cardio on rest days because I'm not a beginner. That's the beauty of working out: You can ALWAYS adjust it to your level! In the beginning I preferred the middle band pants, but now I much prefer the high band pants or the very low pants. We couldn't be happier! SHE is perfect. Lovin' Life in CT. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Update: 6 months 1 week 3 days :). Still more than I'd like to say :). Wore a shirt that wasn't maternity today! But I definitely enjoy my maternity pants/shorts. 15ish pounds according to baby center. She moves all the time! Steve can now feel her and loves it.
