We had no idea what to expect when we moved here, but we did know we were happy to leave Phoenix. We moved from a little rental with 2 kids and a dog to a big house in the country with 5 kids (which are now homeschooled? 4 sheep, 20 chickens, 7 turkeys, a cat, a dog and a bunny named Thumper. How can so much change in 5 years?
