Today has been very pivotal. i finished my reiki level 1, yay! I've been eating raw since i got here, which hasn't been to hard at all. there's so many places i can eat, and get a good variety of raw organic foods. oh and nelson has pretty much omitted wheat from most restaurants, and has some sort of coffee alternative. Yoga day 18.over half way done! Well i've been climbing a steep wall, but it feels like i've made it to the top. i feel exhausted but its good. my physical stamina and strength is phenomenal. Though, i've been having trouble focusing, but thats not an uncommon thing here in nelson or for me in that matter. theres so much serendipitous energy all around! Definitely need to meditate. Theres been a lot of support and connectivity with all of my classmates, what a beautiful group of lady's. Post a new comment.

Yoga day 26.almost there.eep! I wish i had more time and energy to write in my journal. my little microcosm has been expanding in leaps and bounds. there's so many messages that have been surfacing and i feel rather overwhelmed. i'm also very grateful of all that i have learned in the past month. I need a haircut. Aug 8th, 2008 at 4:00 PM. It's getting warmer and my hair is a long shaggy mess. Any suggestions for a reasonable hair place in the Richmond/Vancouver area? I have Asian hair if that makes a difference. I'm also not looking for anything overly fancy (highlights etc.).just a normal cut.
