Have you ever come across a fantastic quote from a journal article only to discover that the reference looks like this:. Sullivan, R. W. 1985. Correction of the hypermobile flatfoot by the subtalar arthroeresis procedure. 150 (10), pp.546-8. Sometimes the abbreviation of a journal title is easy to work out, the rest of the time it can be like doing The Times crossword without the clues!

From the 1st February, all visits to the NHS Scotland e-Library will be automatically redirected to The Knowledge Network. The NHS e-Library has matured and now offers a faster search, quicker access to eJournals, articles and books as well as a new area called 'My Resource Space' that allows you to save and organise your findings.
