Monday, August 10, 2015. Kids don't get dog days of summer anymore because school starts August 19. We were at the pool today and I didn't even get wet. I never had to step in the pool and that was a first and kind of wonderful. So I got to sit and watch my kids and think. Canning season is beckoning as this hot wave finally turns thousands of tomatoes red. It will be good to have the boys in school for that. I can't wait for school to start. Monday, August 03, 2015.
