We got tired of city life this week and decided to take a jaunt up cypress mountain and see the snow. we rented snowshoes and early saturday morning off we went (jonas was instrumental in ensuring that we got up early enough). we had an amazing time enjoying creation and jonas really seemed to enjoy the snow (ok, he slept most of the time). We went to the u.s. this week to visit our friends nicki and ryan. while we were there, we decided to do a bit of shopping. jonas got bored with the whole procedure and fell asleep, and while dave was trying on some clothes, we put jonas in the most convenient place in the change room. luckily he stayed asleep. Monday, August 28, 2006. More Pictures from the gathering. Relaxing and visiting was good,. Hailey enjoyed the playground and especially the merry-go-round. She didn't get nearly as dizzy as grandma. Saturday, October 28, 2006. Once the basement floor was done, it was time to get the poly on the ceiling and then the drywall. Kerry and Shaun did the job by themselves and were really pleased with the tools they. Had bought to help them with this task. Here they are demonstrating for me just how well the drywall lift worked, and then showing how fast they could screw this sheet down with the automatic feed drywall gun.
