DomClubb: FPS: Big Gun
http://domclubb.blogspot.com/2011/08/fps-big-gun.html
This gun belongs to the mercenary character from the last post and will form the primary weapon in the game. After the game mesh is made, I'll be making the fps prototype. So I guess it will be the last piece of personal art I post before I crack on with the code side of things. I recorded the work in progress on Polycount HERE. This is the final mesh. The original concept sketch. The sponsor logos were place holder. Fake corporate sponsor logos! The hi res sculpt. Three very wise monkeys.

The Boon House: International Self-Portrait Day
http://theboonhouse.blogspot.com/2011/11/international-self-portrait-day.html
Tuesday, 1 November 2011. Set a challenge at work to knock out some self portraits for the occasion. I've never done this before so i thought i'd try two styles: straight up pencil and mirror (with digital fiddling) and high contrast comic style. Not quite there but were good fun to do. Apologies for the intensely threatening face. It was a gift from my parents. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Awesome Inc. template. Powered by Blogger.

The Boon House: Japan Project Update
http://theboonhouse.blogspot.com/2011/08/japan-project-update.html
Wednesday, 17 August 2011. So the Japan Project animatic i did is now up on YouTube if anyone fancies a look (and a listen). Its pretty low quality and is only a test piece but it gets the idea across so dig in and, if yer feeling particularly generous, why not donate to the Red Cross in the link provided. The Boon House: Farewell Albion!
http://theboonhouse.blogspot.com/2012/02/farewell-albion.html
Friday, 24 February 2012. After almost 12 years, 4 releases, 12 million copies sold and around a million late nights I finally left Lionhead Studios and my job as Art Director of 'Fable'. Its hard to sum up in words the whirlwind of creativity I experienced working there, how proud i am of what we achieved and the massive amount of (often very wrong) fun I had with some of the best people in the industry. 24 February 2012 at 14:19. How comes you decided to leave and what are you moving on to now?

DomClubb: Mamlambo
http://domclubb.blogspot.com/2009/11/mamlambo.html
This is an illustration based on an ancient African legend. The Mamlambo is a monster that is meant to feed on the brains of indigenous tribes. It's half horse and half fish. The painting was a competition entry. I didn't win. I think it was a little too abstract and simply too bizarre. I like it though :). Big Blue Box Ident. Three very wise monkeys. It's not all colouring in. Simple template. Powered by Blogger.
