Tony Vasquez and I left the hotel just after eight this morning to go to the site where we would be preaching. This outdoor facility is operated by the Eastern Baptists and provides shelter for all eight hundred participants. Only the worship leaders and speakers are exposed to the sun. We were delayed, however, because of some problems with the car. Our driver was able to repair the problem and we left at 10:45. We had some time with the school librarian. We shared together and encouraged each other and again spent time in prayer for each other and for the conferences.
