Paddle Board / Kayak. Abaco, Bahamas vacation rental cottage rates:. Cottages are $265.00 per night or $1855.00 per week. 15% discount for multi-cottage bookings). A government "VAT" of 7.5% is added to all reservatoins. Our standard payment terms: 25% deposit with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. The bar may have reduced hours during low season and the restuarant may be closed for periods during this time( mainly August-October both are normally back open by November).
