The generation of children now entering childhood are members of what is called the “IN Generation” – the Instant Noodle Generation. While diet is a huge factor in determining just how robust and disease resistant a person will be, exercise in the outdoors with exposure to sunlight is arguably of similar importance. Ditch the noodles (processed food).

NZ Law and PFD’s. Oct 26, 2014 Water Safety. New Zealand Maritime Law (rule 91.4) says that you must carry a PFD on any small craft under 5m, which includes paddleboards and KYPADs. It is the law and you can be fined for non compliance. The only exemption to this (negotiated by NZSUP) is when you are actively involved in surfing your paddleboard, or participating in a competition with organized safety coverage.
