Quarta-feira, 27 de abril de 2016. Há cinco anos, durante a gestação da Alice, participava da Associação de Estudos filosóficos do Paraná. Na primeira aula, tivémos uma prática chamada Meditação Ativa. Nela, fizemos um arranjo de flores. Foi 1h que pareciam 4h. Mas lembro de ter saído de lá tão relaxada.
