This is up to $5,000/year through 6.30.2020. In addition to the state incentive of $.54 kWh, PUDs and power companies in WA must buy/credit power produced at their retail rate, now averaging $.085 kWh. WA State Sales Tax Exemption. 100% exemption on WA Excise tax.
