Part time artist, full time dreamer. As you can see, I haven’t posted in a while. I went through a slight flare-up of my Sjogren’s Syndrome and just wasn’t up to it. I missed going to the gym for a week, which isn’t good. Actually, I did attempt to go to the gym, but I felt horrible, so I got through only two of five circuits, of my strength training exercise. Part time artist, full time dreamer. So, as you can see, I haven’t posted in over a month. My train de-railed, but it didn’t crash into a ravine, so I was able to get back on track. I hit a point where, no matter what I did, I was staying at the same weight. I was logging my food daily, and staying away from “bad” foods, but I was getting no results. This lasted for nearly a month, so I became very frustrated.
