Stripe t dress grey tee. Top: Red stripe tshirt dress - mid thigh length, semi-fitted through shoulders and chest, thick stable stripe knit (the holy grail, so hard to find! Also available in grey on grey stripe. Above: Fitted grey long sleeve top - a cotton grey tee, yes. But what the internet is incapable of doing is allowing you to touch this divinely soft and fluid combed cotton is (I have actually been wearing mine to bed as pj top, it's that comfortable). Monday, July 6, 2009. Fort Morgan and Dad's #76! To compensate for a lack of entries or activity in June (blame Facebook), I offer a selection of photos from the 2009 trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama. We had a wonderful time, basically doing nothing! Mom made a gluten-free white cake for all of us to enjoy, which we served with Blue Bell homemade vanilla and fresh strawberries. More heaven! All in all, it was a truly wonderful stay, and we were all sad to have to leave; however, it's good to be home again.

Friday, August 28, 2009. San Francisco highlights - Part One - Cousin Sarah! At the hotel before Sarah took us up to Tiberon. Cousins, but much more like sisters. I embarked on this little project last week when I was interested in finding a natural body moisturiser that was more effective than most reasonably priced decent brands, not to mention better cost-wise. The outlay for the shea butter was my biggest spend (bought at Ceres. Though I've since found somewhere cheaper to buy it - www.gonative.co.nz - so many good things here). Aug 18, 2009. The next day I washed my hair with bicarb and found it (surprise surprise) much easier to style. But I won't be sharing any pictures here yet of my new haircut. You know how hairdressers get a little enthusiastic with the scissors? Back in my teens this would have been such a drama for me, but now I know it'll all change within 2-4 weeks. I do think hair grows faster by not using regular shampoo and conditioner, if only for the vigorous massage required with the no-poo method. Why Go No Poo.
