In other news, my sister, Shantel is all moved into her dorm at Notre Dame. We took a family trip there last week and helped her get all settled in. I'm so proud of her! I want her to have this. Because I said so! Monday, November 9, 2009. Baby Shower for Ruthie and Baby Elee. Sue and I hosted a baby shower for Ruthann and Baby Elee. It was a lot of fun.Here is Ruthie in her new homemade wrap with Elee resting peacefully inside. The cake I made.supposed to be a baby bathtub with rubber ducky and bubbles. It had a chocolate layer, yellow cake layer with white chocolate strawberry ganache filling and fresh strawberries and buttercream frosting. Sharing some life in pictures. Thankful for Every day!

Because I said so! Sunday, May 30, 2010. Saturday, May 29, 2010. We spent the day at Kepler Lake and just hung out, roasted hot dogs and rented a boat to cruise the lake. It was a good time. The kids tried fishing, but we had no luck with that. Both kid poles got tangled more than once.the big poles just didn't have the right bait or the right operator, I guess. Row, row, row your boat.gently down the stream. Dave, Autumn, Logan, Brandon, Austin. Our Mary Kay Party! Daddy was NOT thrilled with that.

There is NOTHING cuter than your 3 year old shuffling out of the bathroom, with his pants and underwear around his ankles saying, "mom, I just went poop and there is no toilet paper! Then, as I approach, he turns around and shuffles back into the bathroom and bends over with his head on the ground and his butt in the air, pointing right at me. He holds that position until I finish wiping his bottom. We're Having a Baby!
