Thursday, 6 August 2015. So far you may have got the impression that all the towns and cities of Scotland are grey and sombre. But it isn't true. By which I mean, there are many exceptions. Let me persuade through the medium of Photography. First up, Culross. By the way, if you didn't already know, 'Culross' is not. These shots were taken on a dull (and eventually rainy) evening, and the sunny morning that followed. I've mixed them together. I think you'll grant that there's nothing dour about Culross!

Wednesday, 20 May 2015. Jeopardises goodwill, funding and positive support from the local council, the NHS, the police, the responsible media, and the Brighton business community. The protest was made that this state of affairs should not be. What could be done, as a matter of urgency, to restore the lost trust? That's a question I am not well-equipped to answer. Friday, 23 December 2016. 24 weeks after joining Slimming World, I have shed 2 stone, 9½ pounds and not only achieved my target weight but gone a pound beyond it. Weight once on my Slimming World journey. Then there are the certificates, marking important stages on the journey and proudly displayed on a notice board in my hobby room.
