Lucy's in the Garden. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. My Favorite Color Combination. I just love cobalt blue in the garden. I especially like blue and shades of yellow. One of my favorite color combinations at the moment is my bottle tree along with Black Eyed Susan vine. I planted a few seeds at the base of the bottle tree, and then watched as the vine slowly twisted around the bottles. Here are a few photos of how that bed looks today.
