October 1, 2014. Well, I know that I said I was going to try to keep this blog up to date, and there I go disappearing again! I absolutely cannot believe that simply cutting out alcohol and eating foods with one or two ingredients in it can work, but it really does! Who needs to pay to get weighed? Or else the meter goes absolutely wacko, rendering either (a) a completely blown-out image or (b) an extremely underexposed silhouette.
